E-BUILDING SpA is a holding company founded in Italy in 2001 which holds shareholdings in Italy and abroad in the sectors of Research & Development of Innovative Technologies, Renewable Energies, Impaired Loans guaranteed by Real Estate Guarantees (NPL), Luxury Properties Management, of International Trade (Trading) with recent attention to the direct production and distribution of medical devices (PPE) for the protection against COVID-19.
Approach
We bring ideas to light. This is our goal and our vision, therefore we do everything possible to understand what our client intends to achieve from their Asset.
Feasibility Study
Our customer approach process starts from a documentary reconstruction of all the relationships and correspondences underlying an Asset.
Acquisition
Once the investment strategy has been defined, we formalize the preliminary agreements for the sale of the asset with our customers and we intervene on the front line towards the credit institutions for the acquisition.
Asset Management
Once the Asset has been acquired and the Client liquidated, we administer and manage every aspect directly, bringing the debt position to "Performing" and re-evaluating the Asset on the market.
Our philosophy
A problem debt, a non-performing loan, for us represents a challenge to be overcome and to be exploited with tenacity and enthusiasm, dealing with all the phases of the technical and legal reconstruction with our professionals and planning the best acquisition strategy that frees the debtor from his sureties and from its obligations, which we will take care of, bringing the underlying Asset back to life.

Il 03 Ottobre 2022 la Companies House ha emesso il certificato che conferma la registrazione della nuova Società del Gruppo denominata E-BUILDING RENEWABLE ENERGY LTD con codice Company Number 14392929 e Sede Legale in Cardiff, CF14 8LH, società con cui sarà avviata la distribuzione in Europa dei componenti per la costruzione di Impianti Fotovoltaici nello specifico prodotti fabbricati da: RISEN SOLAR, TRINA SOLAR e HUAWEI garantendo a tutti gli Impianti forniti e costruiti i prezzi più competitivi del mercato negoziati direttamente con le Fabbriche estere.
